Information we collect

We collect the property address and report details you submit, your email address, report activity, payment status, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand visits, report generation, checkout, and purchases. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be stored with an anonymous session. We do not send exact property addresses, apartment numbers, names, email addresses, BBLs, or listing URLs to analytics or advertising platforms.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, and limited customer information needed to provide access and support. We do not store full payment-card details.

How we use and share information

We use information to create reports, provide paid access, send transactional email, measure service performance, prevent abuse, support customers, and evaluate marketing. We share information only with service providers needed for those purposes or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

We retain report and transaction records as reasonably needed for access, support, accounting, security, and legal obligations. Browser settings and privacy tools can restrict cookies, but doing so may affect attribution or session features.
