Informational service

NYC Property IQ summarizes selected public records and comparable sales to support an initial property review. It is not an appraisal, broker price opinion, title report, lien search, inspection, engineering review, environmental review, legal opinion, tax advice, or guarantee of value or condition.

Your responsibility

Public records may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or incorrect. Automated matching and estimates can also be wrong. Verify material facts with qualified attorneys, brokers, lenders, inspectors, engineers, title professionals, tax professionals, and government agencies before making a financial or legal decision.

Purchases and access

Prices and included report features are shown before checkout. A single-report purchase grants personal access to the report for the identified property. A three-report bundle grants access to the current report and two additional report credits for the same purchaser email. Do not resell, republish, scrape, or use the service to build a competing database without written permission.

Availability and liability

We may decline unsupported properties or suspend the service for maintenance, security, or data-quality reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and NYC Property IQ is not liable for decisions made from a report or for indirect or consequential losses.
