Refund policy

Effective July 5, 2026

Because reports are generated digital products, purchases are ordinarily final once the full report is delivered.

When we will issue a refund

We will refund a purchase when payment is captured but the paid report cannot be generated or accessed, or when a material technical error makes the delivered report unusable and we cannot correct it promptly.

How to request one

Email dani@propertyiqnyc.com within seven days of purchase with the purchase email and property address. We review requests individually and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law.
